When you woke up, you saw Mark sitting beside you. He was holding his piece of the paper doll in his hands, looking over it. At least he still had his. You sat up, rubbing your eyes. You weren't sure how long you had slept but you assumed it was quite a while because your body was sore from the uncomfortable bed. It was a nurse's office, the beds there weren't suppose to be comfortable. They were just suppose to be enough for some kid to lay on. When you sat up, Mark looked toward you. He looked tired but you knew he wouldn't want to go to sleep yet. He would want to get you out of her as quickly as possible.

"Did you sleep well? Is your ankle okay?" Mark said, moving closer to you to look at your ankle. It still hurt but it didn't hurt as much as before. You knew that it would start to hurt when you started to put pressure on it again but you would have to deal with it. You could get painkillers when you got out of this crazy place.

"Yeah, it's fine. You look tired, you really get some sleep before we move on." You said, looking over Mark. He had slight bags under his eyes. He must have been worrying while you were asleep. You would have done the same thing. He must be freaking out just as much as you were but he just couldn't let it show. He knew that you would start getting scared if you saw him actually frightened. Their was a big difference between his video game scared look and his actual scared look were completely different. Mark didn't get scared easily in real life so when he was scared, it would make you feel even more scared. So he knew he had to be brave, or at least keep his real emotions hidden.
"No, I'm fine, promise. I'm not that tired, I did rest for a while when I hit my head, remember. Technically you could count that as sleeping, even though I wasn't aware of that. It still let me get rest and that's all that matters." He said, chuckling at the end. He was trying to lighten the mood again and it worked. Not matter the situation, hearing Mark laugh would make some of the fear and stress get off of your shoulders.

"Alright, alright. Fine, I trust you." You leaned against him slightly, smiling. Even though you were in some weird school, the two of you still acted the same way around each other. Both of you would always try to lighten the mood when something felt tense.

The two of you sat in silence for a while, just enjoying the calm of the silence. If you were back at the hotel, you would be on your way back to the con today. You would meet fans and everything would be normal. But instead of that, you were stuck in some weird school, trying to find the way out. At least Bob and Wade would notice that the two of you weren't there. Hopefully they would look for you and maybe even call the police. You couldn't be stuck in this school forever. Someone would have to find you at some point, right?

The silence was soon broken by a voice shouting something. The voice was loud but for some reason you couldn't understand what it had said. You thought that it might have been shouting a name but you couldn't tell. When you heard the voice, both you and Mark perked up. You hadn't heard another voice here before. Maybe it was someone coming to find you. Maybe Bob and Wade had already alerted authorities as to where you were. How would they know where to look though....It wouldn't make sense if they had thought you had ended up here unless this place was some type of weird con haunted house. You doubted that. Mark stood up, walking toward the door.

"Hey, I'm going to go and check that out, alright? You stay here, alright? I'll be back soon, just keep resting. If anything happens, just shout. I'll come running." He said before hurrying out the door. He wouldn't want to miss the voice just because he was too slow. You were alone in the room now, sitting on one of the beds. You did what he said and just rested, though your stomach was doing flips. You hoped someone had found you. You wanted to get out of this place. Even though it was just a normal school, it still was creepy. It was falling apart and it gave off a creepy vibe. You felt as if you were being watched all the time.

You waited for what seemed like an hour before deciding that you should go and look for Mark. He hadn't come back yet and you had to make sure that he was okay. He could have fallen or gotten lost. You knew you should have gone with him but you didn't want to hurt your ankle anymore. Plus he had left so fast, you didn't even think of following him. You just did what he told you.

You stood up slowly, wincing as the pain came back. It wasn't as bad as last time though. You could deal with this pain for a while if you had to. You slowly walked over to the door, going to go and look for Mark. When you got to the door though, something was off. It looked like their was black string all over the door, keeping you from leaving. You looked closer and you gasped, stumbling back. It wasn't string, it was hair! Why was their hair on the door?! This wasn't normal! Something was going on here. You heard and noise behind you and quickly turned around to see a figure standing there. It looked like a person but it was made of black mist. You screamed in fear and confusion, not sure what the thing in front of you was. At first you were too shocked to know what to do, but when it started moving towards you, you knew you had to do something.

You quickly started to look around the room, trying to find something that would help you get through the doors. You would say a pair of scissors but with the weird mist man following you, that would take too much time. You needed something that would get rid of the hair quick and easy. You looked everywhere and soon found a pair of matches on the heater. This should be able to burn the hair..Hopefully it would be quick enough.

Hurrying back to the door, you made sure to maneuver your way around the mist that was chasing you. You were too scared to let it touch you. You knew it had to be bad and that meant that you had to stay away from it. While you ran back to the door, you lit one of the matches. Throwing it at the door, you waited for the hair to start burning. It didn't. The match didn't work. Their wasn't enough fire to burn nearly enough hair for you to get through. It only burnt a little spot on the hair. The mist was quickly approaching you and you didn't know what to do. Frantically you began running around the room, throwing things about of drawers and cabinets to try and find something else that would help you.

You began hyperventilating as pieces of the floor started to fall away. If you fell down one of these holes, you were surely going to be a goner. You had to find something. There had to be something that would help you get through this hair. In the corner of your eye you thought that you saw something. Something that looked like a bottle. You bit your lip. You had to get over there without the mist man touching you.

Running over, ignoring the pain in your leg, you grabbed the bottle. It was rubbing alcohol. Great, you could use this to make the flame bigger! The floorboards beside you gave way and the wood fell into the darkness. That left you with only one way out and the mist was blocking that. You'd have to just run. You too in a shaky breath and ran forward but not before getting hit by the mist. The feeling was cold yet painful. It didn't leave a mark or make you bleed, but it felt like your heart had just stopped for a moment. You couldn't stop now though.

You quickly made your way over to the door and doused it in rubbing alcohol. You lit a match and threw it on the hair. It burst in flames and you heard a screeching sound come from behind you. You looked to see the mist burning as well. When all of the hair was gone, the mist was gone as well. You ran out of the door, tears rolling down your cheeks. It wasn't from the pan but more or less from the panic. What was that thing?! What the hell had just attacked you?! There had to be something more to this school...

You heard footsteps getting closer to you and you were prepared to run again when you noticed that it was Mark. He looked worried.

"I heard you scream, are you alright? What happened?" He said quickly, looking over you. He assumed that maybe a homeless guy had attacked you.

"There was a monster back there Mark. T-The door was covered in hair and a weird mist thing came and tried to attack me. I swear, oh god, I swear that it happened. I don't know what's going on here but something isn't right. I feel like we are in some weird Japanese horror movie." You looked at him, shaking. You had to be going crazy....

"Just calm down, okay? I bet it was just some homeless guy or..." He trailed off, looking at something behind you. You looked behind you to see some weird type of light ball that was floating there. It was a pretty blue...It reminded you of a will of the wisp. You looked at Mark and he looked at you. You both looked confused as to what the hell this thing was that you were looking at. He gently grabbed your hand, slowly starting to walk over to the light. So, you weren't going crazy after all....
