The bar was sticky, but Lila ignored it as she took a sip of the whiskey she bought. It stung as it went down her throat, though the warm feeling soon arrived in her stomach. She was used to that feeling. She was someone who drank quite a bit. People always thought she would drink the fruity type drinks but she instead picked hard liquors to be her main taste. She loved it when they hurt to drink. It made her feel alive. Plus, the feeling in her stomach when it went down was nice and fuzzy.
